Just a quick note on post renovation cleaning services, is that we would request at least additional an hour or two to clean your house on top of the suitable time for your type of home. That means to say, if your home is a 4 room HDB, normally we would use 2 maids up to 3 to 4 hours of cleaning. We would also require if the customer to provide ladder if possible, as we found out that the house is usually quite empty, with minimum furniture. There will be area where our maids will not able to reach (usually high areas), thus not able to clean more thoroughly.

It is a practice in Singapore for all tenants in Singapore to clean the house before returning to the owner. It is from there the owner will inspect if the house is ready to be returned back to him or her.

Well, there are basically two ways you can do that, one is to Do It Yourself, which you have to move everything out of the house first, so that it will be more easy for you to clean. The other is to engage in a house cleaning company like us to do the dirty and sweat perspiring work for you.

As moving out cleaning is usually more dirty than a move in cleaning, so we would recommend additional hour or two for the house, depending on the size of the house.

Just recently, an inquiry for one time cleaning for moving into a new house. There was an additional work that need to be included, and it was to wash the window curtains for the whole house. Although there was washing machine with washing detergent and a ladder on site, but we had to politely decline in doing it.

The main reason why we do not take up laundry is that it will not help the maid focus on cleaning. I have asked most of the maids, that they would prefer to do cleaning only and not other stuff during the one time cleaning, as we are limited by the time the owners give us, and they have to act fast and professionally.
