Cleaning Services in Singapore have different areas that are for different situation, right now if you are looking for moving out cleaning services, because you are a tenant living in a house owned by someone. Our 1 time cleaning services is targeted to post renovation cleaning, move in cleaning or move out cleaning, ad-hoc cleaning and spring cleaning. As long as it’s something on cleaning, we are okay to do the work.
Just recently, an inquiry for one time cleaning for moving into a new house. There was an additional work that need to be included, and it was to wash the window curtains for the whole house. Although there was washing machine with washing detergent and a ladder on site, but we had to politely decline in doing it.
The main reason why we do not take up laundry is that it will not help the maid focus on cleaning. I have asked most of the maids, that they would prefer to do cleaning only and not other stuff during the one time cleaning, as we are limited by the time the owners give us, and they have to act fast and professionally.

HDB house cleaning in Singapore are where our most of our clients come from, as most of the people in Singapore live in 3 or 4 or 5 room HDB flats, so in order for our part time house cleaning maids to start on is quite a normal routine for them. Depending on the time our staffs have, they will usually start off with the least dirty area first.
Here are the list of cleaning sequence in a HDB flat:
a) Bedrooms: The bedrooms will be the first to be clean, as we would spent at least 5 to 8 hours sleeping in the bedroom for Singaporeans. Getting rid of the dust will be of priority as it will affect our health if there are too much dust.
b) Living room: The living room will be next in line to be clean. As the living room would usually have the most furniture, that is why there are a lot of surface areas to be clean of dust.
c) Dinning room: Dinning room will be easiest as it’s the smallest room. We will focus on the dinning table as that’s where it’s the most oily.
d) Store room: We may not go into the store room at first when you use our weekly cleaning services, as it’s going to take a lot of time moving it out and placing it back too. Furthermore, there might be fragile items in the store room as well. But with the owner’s approval and maybe their help, our maids can clean your store room as well.
e) Kitchen: The most oily and hard to clean area. The kitchen cabinets follow by the stove will be clean. The table cloth will most properly not able to use again due to the oiliest and dirt. But this will not be the case if you always eat out instead of cooking in. Food can be purchase easily near your home, as there are usually coffeeshops around HDB flats.
f) Bathroom: The most moist place in all the rooms. What we would first get rid is the dirt that are stuck on the wall or pipes, then on the wet floor.
We will always clean from the top to bottom for all the areas above, first by dusting off or wipe away the dust, and rearranging the items to make it look neat and tidy. After all has been done from A to E, we would vacuum the area follow by mopping the floor. Then the bath rooms will be the last to be clean.

Ans: Yes, you can do that. We would need you to inform us via email at least before we start the cleaning sessions, or at least 3 days in advance when it’s in the process. The maximum that we allow is once every 2 weeks for weekly house cleaning.
2) Do we need to have provide the cleaning equipment?
Ans: Yes, basic cleaning equipments like vacuum/ broom with bust pan, mop and pail are all that we need for house cleaning.
