• Does someone has to be at home while the cleaning service is in process at my home?
  
  We would recommend that someone be at home. You do not need to supervise, but if you have a list of more priority areas to clean first, our people are able to adjust to your needs.

When there is no supervision, they will work on the areas according to the checklist we given them.

Please let your condominium security staff know about cleaning staff that is coming beforehand so they might not be stopped at the gate and delay them from starting work.

• What are the rates for the different cleaning services?
  
  You can view them according to the type of services you want. View here for one time house cleaning or for weekly house cleaning. 

• How do I pay you?
  
  Payment can be made via wire transfer or cheque:

Make crossed cheque payable to 'Yung Chen Kwang'.

Write the account number on the back of the cheque.

You may also drop the crossed cheque with the account no. written

• Can I prioritize my cleaning requirements instead of following the cleaning checklist?

Yes you can. You will need to supervise the cleaner/s what are the areas of importance to you.

• If there are areas not clean within the time-frame on the cleaning packages I choose, what will happen?

There are 2 choices. One is that our cleaner/s will come back the next cleaning session to complete it. This is applicable for weekly cleaning only.

Alternatively, you can extend the cleaning time. Note that it will be an additional of $20 per hour per house cleaner. Refer to above on how to pay us.

• How soon can my house be cleaned?

Please let us know at least 3 days in advance to arrange the services to you.

• What is the timing for the cleaning services?
  
  Our cleaning services timing is 9am to 8pm daily.
  

• Is there additional charges if cleaning service is during the weekends?
  
  No there is no additional charge to cleaning on the weekend, the timing is the same as above.
  
  
• Will there be an agreement between me and your company, for the service I engage in?
  
  For weekly house cleaning service, we do have an agreement for formality.

For one time house cleaning, there is no need for written agreement except an invoice issued by our company.

• Are your cleaners reliable?
  
  Yes they are. Though they are not Singaporeans, they have a great and positive work ethic before coming to Singapore.

• Where are your cleaners from?
  
  They are from Myanmar.
  
• What are the main duties your cleaners perform?
  
  Please refer to weekly house cleaning service for more details. If you are using the one time house cleaning, the main duties are the kitchen, bathroom(s), all bed rooms, living room and dinning room.

• Do your cleaners clean windows too?
  
  Yes we do. You need to inform us beforehand (3 days) that you need to do a window cleaning, or we would not be able to recommend suitable cleaning time for you.

• Is there insurance coverage for breakage of household items?
  
  Our cleaners are reminded to exercise additional caution when carrying out cleaning service. Should there be any breakage in the process of cleaning by our cleaners, we will be only be liable for a maximum of SGD $100. If it’s due to wear and tear, we would not be responsible.
